DESIGN SPECIFICATIONS
When client receives a proof, it is client's responsibility to review it for any errors, such as spelling, date, or punctuation.  Once item has been approved and is sent to print, we cannot make any further changes. If item has been sent to print with an error that client failed to correct during the proofing process, client will be responsible for any reprinting costs.


​PRODUCTION TIMES
Client will receive a production schedule via email within 48 business hrs. upon receipt of retainer. Completion dates are tentative upon receipt of all requested materials from client via email. Therefore, production and delivery dates can and will be adjusted. Paper&More Creations, LLC will inform client prior to adjusting dates. Each change made after approval date will result in an extra 5 (business) days added to original due date. If you choose to include a photograph on your item (such as on the back of your save the date) you are responsible for providing it to us in a timely manner and in a high-resolution image format. Failure to do so may incur further delays in the proofing and/or production timelines. We are not responsible for any delays that may occur in the design and production of your order due to your failure to provide us with any and all necessary information. Please be mindful that Paper&More Creations, LLC has no control over natural disasters or unavailable circumstances. However, we will work very hard to meet every deadline. In such cases, we will work closely with client regarding reasonable compensation.


​PRICING + PAYMENTS
A non-refundable retainer is required before conceptualizing any new custom design ideas for client. A minimum 50% non-refundable retainer (per invoice) paid to Paper&More Creations, LLC is required to reserve date and to begin the design process of each electronic/printed item. Any design service(s) that total $250 or less, must be paid in full, at time of booking, in order for work to begin. The final payment is due based on client's payment schedule (per invoice) prior to production (regardless of other products/services per invoice). All payments must be made via our online payment system (which allows payment by major credit cards, ex: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.). There is a $49.00 fee for all returned checks.
__ Final Payments must be received prior to production of any products, or there will be a delay in order production.
__ Products that are being shipped will not ship out until balance has been paid in full.
__ Each job is custom, therefore, all sales are final and all payments submitted are non-refundable.
We are required to collect sales tax from you even if you reside in a state wherein we have no physical presence, pursuant to Alabama state law.


SHIPPING
All physical orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, or UPS when stated, which may take between 3-7 business days depending on your location. United States Postal Service is our default shipping carrier. Other carrier services may be used as well. If client prefers to receive packaging via other carrier services (UPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.), please feel free to request, and shipping costs will be invoiced accordingly. Once an order is shipped, we can no longer be responsible for its handling. A tracking number will automatically be assigned to the shipment, but we will have no access to information regarding progress of the shipment beyond the tracking information provided by USPS or UPS.  Because we ultimately cannot control the final timeline of the shipment once it has been turned over to USPS or UPS, we strongly encourage you to place your order as early as possible to avoid any delays. We are not responsible for any loss(es), delay(s), or damage(s) incurred during shipment.


​​RETURNS
Because our products are made specifically to client's specifications, orders are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation.  If there is a printing error due to a mistake on our part, the item will be reprinted at no cost to client. If there is an error in the proof provided to client and client approve the incorrect design and/or wording, client will be responsible for the cost of reprinting.

PRIVACY
We strongly respect our clients' privacy.  In order to fulfill your order, we may require that you provide us with certain personal information.  Such information will not be used for any purpose beyond communicating with you and fulfilling your order.  We will never share or sell your information with or to any third party. These designs, images, and works of art may not be used for personal use, reproduction, creation of derivative works, or otherwise.  All content on this website is copyrighted upon its creation, and is governed by the United States Copyright Act of 1976 (USCA). No design, image, work of art, or product sold on this website or provided to you at any stage of the design process shall be deemed a work made for hire under the USCA unless explicitly stated otherwise.  Jurisdiction and venue for any intellectual property dispute shall be deemed proper in the United States District Court for the the State of Alabama.
